We ship almost entirely via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail service. As we find this is more economical. However you will be offered other choices at check out.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-72 hours. However, due to large order volumes, postal holidays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. See our standard shipping schedule below:

We currently offer a choice between USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service)
UPS: 2nd Day Air or Ground (additional package fees apply for this shipping method)
USPS: Express, Priority or First Class international
Orders qualifying for “Free Shipping” will be identified at check out. Qualifying orders must reach $100 or more. These orders will be shipped USPS First Class Shipping or better, at the sole discretion of Fancy Fiber Farm. You must select the Free Shipping option at check out. If you select a shipping method other than the free offer, shipping charges will apply. Free Shipping does not apply to International Orders.
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

You may also return to the Fancy Fiber Farm website and log into your account (if you created one) and track your order from the 'My Orders' option and selecting the Order you wish to track.
International orders are shipped primarily by USPS. Priority Shipping does not apply on international orders. International customers are offered “First Class International” shipping. We are sorry but “Free Shipping” does not apply on international orders.
Occasionally orders are returned to FFFA because the wrong postal information was given at check out by the buyer. Please read our guideline for “Incorrect Address, Returned Orders”
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for any returns.
We offer gift packaging for a nominal fee of $3.99 per item. Depending on the type of item we use gift boxes with tissue paper, plastic gift bags or wrapping paper. Each item receives a gift bow or ribbon. Please note oversized items cannot be gift-wrapped. To receive gift wrapping, select the option while picking the item. You may select from two categories “Who is this package for: Boy, Girl, Man, Woman or Generic” and “What is this package for: Birthday, Christmas, Wedding or Generic” Choice of wrap, bags and boxes are that of FFFA. We provide this option as an added service we are not professional gift wrappers.During checkout you will also be given the option to enter gift messages. These messages and be set for the whole order or per item. These messages do not imply that the items will be packaged, just a simple printed note will be included with your shipment, or attached to the item with your personal message to the recipient of your gift(s). Fancy Fiber Farm reserves the right to proofread, correct spelling errors which we believe to be unintentional, or cancel messages that are deemed offensive or abusive, Fancy Fiber Farm will be the final judge of whether to approve a gift message being sent. Remember, this is a free service and we value and respect all people.
How is my information used?
Whether you are purchasing a product or an animal from our farm or online, FFFA respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers to any unrelated third parties. Any information you give us about yourself is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Examples of personally identifiable information include full name, home address, e-mail address, purchase history and phone number. This information is collected to help you as our customer, setting an account, for faster log in and ordering, contact information and shipping information your orders. FFFA does not run your credit card information, during the pay portion of your order you select a party in which you wish to run your payment through (Pay-Pay or Google), that information is never given or stored by FFFA. Please check out their policies for your protection.
