We ship almost entirely via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail service. As we find this is more economical. However you will be offered other choices at check out.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-72 hours. However, due to large order volumes, postal holidays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. See our standard shipping schedule below:

Methods of Shipping

We currently offer a choice between USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) 

UPS:  2^nd Day Air or Ground  (additional package fees apply for this shipping method)
USPS: Express, Priority or First Class international

Orders Eligible for Free Shipping

Orders qualifying for “Free Shipping” will be identified at check out. Qualifying orders must reach $100 or more.  These orders will be shipped USPS First Class Shipping or better, at the sole discretion of Fancy Fiber Farm. You must select the Free Shipping option at check out.  If you select a shipping method other than the free offer, shipping charges will apply. Free Shipping does not apply to International Orders.

Tracking Your Packages

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

International Orders

International orders are shipped primarily by USPS. Priority Shipping does not apply on international orders. International customers are offered “First Class International” shipping.  We are sorry but “Free Shipping” does not apply on international orders.

Reshipping Orders

Occasionally orders are returned to FFFA because the wrong postal information was given at check out by the buyer. Please read our guideline for “Incorrect Address, Returned Orders”

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by emailing: orders@fancyfiber.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for any returns.

We offer gift packaging for a nominal fee of $3.99 per item. Depending on the type of item we use gift boxes with tissue paper, plastic gift bags or wrapping paper. Each item receives a gift bow or ribbon. Please note oversized items cannot be gift-wrapped. To receive gift wrapping, select the option while picking the item. You may select from two categories “Who is this package for:  Boy, Girl, Man, Woman or Generic” and “What is this package for: Birthday, Christmas, Wedding or Generic” Choice of wrap, bags and boxes are that of FFFA. We provide this option as an added service we are not professional gift wrappers.

Whether you are purchasing a product or an animal from our farm or online, FFFA respects your privacy. 1. Time Limit - Buyer must contact FFFA via email with in 3 business days upon receipt of item.
2. Buyer must receive a confirmation via email from FFFA prior to returning item.
3. Returned items must be received with in 14 days of purchase.
4. Refund Type: Buyer may accept originally ordered item shipped, full refund or store credit.
5. Refunds credited to PayPal or card used to purchase item only. No cash refunds available.
6. Item Condition: Returned item must be received in sellable condition.
7. Shipping Fees: Return shipping if accepted and replacement shipping will be applied to store credit.
8. Returned items must be shipped USPS priority shipping.

Guidelines for Items Arriving with Defect

1. Time Limit - Buyer must contact FFFA via email with in 3 business days upon receipt of item.

4. Refund Type: Buyer may accept replacement item shipped if available or store credit.

8. Actual shipping charges for returned items are applied to store credit.

Guidelines for Unwanted Purchased Items

1. Time Limit - Buyer must contact FFFA via email with in 3 business days upon receipt of item.
2. Buyer must receive a confirmation via email from FFFA prior to returning item if accepted.
3. Returned items must be received with in 14 days of purchase.
4. Refund Type: If return is accepted buyer may receive refund in Store Credit only.
5. Shipping Fees: Buyer will pay all shipping fees for returns and replacement items.
6. Restocking Fee: You will be charged a restocking fee, of 15% of purchased price.
7. Item Condition: Item must be returned in sellable condition.

Guidelines for Incorrect Address, Returned Orders

Please pay close attention at check out that you have filled in your correct shipping address. You will need to confirm the address before check out. Any misinformation on the shipping page will result in your item being delivered to the wrong address or being returned to FFFA.

Orders Returned to FFFA:

1. Buyers will be contacted within 48 hours, and notified of the return via email.
2. Order may be canceled at this time by FFFA or Buyer.
3. Order is subject to the return policy of “Unwanted Purchased Items” including restocking fee and non-return of shipping fee.
4. Buyer may choose to pay the additional shipping fee and submit the correct postal information and your item will be shipped out again within 24-72 hours. No re-stocking fee applies.
